GloGround offers browser extensions (such as Filipino Checker) as companion tools to our platform.
Our browser extensions do not handle user data as defined by the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy. They do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on our servers. All text processing occurs locally on your device. Extensions store user preferences on your device only using Chrome Storage API. The only server communication occurs during optional activation code verification, which transmits only the code itself — no personal information is sent.

We process applicant data on the basis of our legitimate interests in assessing candidates and managing recruitment, and to take steps at your request prior to a potential engagement. Submitting an application is not treated as consent to unrelated processing; any optional purpose (for example, keeping your details for future opportunities) would be offered to you separately. Where the application form offers an optional checkbox to receive emails about other roles you may be a fit for, we rely on your consent for those messages only, and you can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any such email.
Some roles include an automatically graded verification test. The test produces a score that helps the recruiter review your application; a person remains responsible for recruitment decisions. If you have questions about how an assessment was used, contact us at the address below.
We retain external application and verification records for up to 12 months after the application is received, to complete the recruitment process and to handle any related legal claims. After this period, these records are deleted or anonymized, unless a longer period is required by law or you have agreed to a longer retention for a specific purpose.
