All transactions, contracts, file delivery, and project agreements are made directly between clients and translators. GloGround is not involved in payments or disputes between parties.

Browse available jobs from your dashboard or the job listing. For Bidding mode jobs, submit an application with your proposal. For FCFS mode jobs, click "Accept" to be immediately assigned.

Go to the Certification section in your dashboard. Select a language pair and specialization. You will take a 20-question exam with a 60-minute time limit. Score 70% or higher to earn certification. Each certification is specific to one language pair and one specialization.

Yes. Clients can send you job invitations based on your profile and certifications. You will receive a notification and can accept or decline. Maintaining a complete profile and earning certifications increases the likelihood of receiving direct invitations.
